This role is working on repairs and maintenance within social housing properties and we are looking for candidates with experience in the same or similar field.

Fire Stopping engineer

£38000 - £40000 per annum + Van and fuel card

Our client is a leading passive fire protection specialist. They supplying are a well established supplier and installer of fire doors and passive fire safety solutions. They have experience delivering to public and private sectors. This position requires you to cover within the M25, however they do always give you work that is located close to home as possible but there may be sometimes you would need to travel that bit further.

Electrician

£34000 - £36000 per annum + Van and fuel card

We are working with a leading Repairs and Maintenance Contractor within the Social Housing sector to recruit an Electrician to join their team in Liverpool. As an operative within the Social Housing sector, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and improvement of properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality and in compliance with H&S and relevant regulations. Your role will focus on carrying out routine property maintenance completing multiple jobs per day.

Multi trader

£34000 - £36000 per annum + Van and fuel card

As a Social Housing Multi Trader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties. My client are currently looking for a strong multi trader who has strong knowledge in boxing in, changing taps and tiling, or they are looking for a strong plumber multi or carpenter.
