Based their Hatfield head office, you'll oversee the commercial performance of a major project or portfolio of projects across London and the South East. This is a senior role where you'll take responsibility for maximising profitability, managing commercial and contractual risk, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility, ownership and accountability of the successful management of the commercial / financial and contractual elements of projects. You will control and maximise the company's profitability.
