Plumber

£38000 - £40000 per annum + Van and fuel card

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber multi to join a reactive maintenance team, covering properties across Bristol, Cardiff, Oxford and surrounding areas. An NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing would be highly desirable, although relevant experience will also be considered. Additional multi-trade skills such as basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, painting and general property maintenance would be desirable.

£38000 - £40000 per annum + Van and fuel card

Experienced Plumber Multi Trader with a strong background in domestic plumbing repairs and reactive maintenance. Skilled in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of plumbing issues, including leaks, pipework, bathroom repairs, heating components, and general maintenance works. Ideally suited to social housing environments, with the ability to work independently, manage a busy workload, and deliver high-quality repairs within occupied properties. Holds strong plumbing knowledge with NVQ Level 2.

Head of Procurement & Supply Chain

£55000 - £75000 per annum + + Benefits

We are working with a leading contractor within the Social Housing, Property Services and Maintenance sector to recruit an experienced Head of Procurement & Supply Chain.
