As an operative in the Social Housing sector, you will be responsible for reactive and planned maintenance work across communal and residential properties. You will ensure all work is completed to a high standard, complying with health & safety regulations, and delivering excellent customer service.

We are working with a well-established social housing contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Multi Trader to join their reactive maintenance team. This is a permanent position carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Watford, Luton, Bedford, Cambridge and Welwyn Garden City.

This is a permanent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Due to the location of the works, candidates must live within approximately 10-15 miles of Hastings town centre.

We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties across Essex, East London, and North East London. This is a varied role offering a mix of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and multi-trade works within tenanted and void properties. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Groundworker

£45000 - £50000 per annum + Van and fuel card

We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing properties across Barnet and the surrounding North West and West London areas. This is a mobile role covering Barnet, Camden, Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day.

Floorlayer

£45000 - £50000 per annum + Van and fuel card
