Plumber

We are working with a leading Repairs & Maintenance Contractor in the Social Housing sector to recruit an experienced Plumber to join a newly created Support Team. The team has been established to provide additional support across several high-priority contracts throughout London and the South East. As part of this team, you will work across multiple contracts and locations, providing plumbing support where required.

Carpenter multi

£38000 - £40000 per annum + Van and fuel card

We're currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi to join a busy Repairs & Maintenance Contractor, carrying out reactive maintenance across East London and Ilford. This is a varied role suited to a skilled Carpenter who is confident carrying out general maintenance and repairs within occupied social housing properties. You'll be responsible for completing a range of carpentry and multi-skilled works, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Quantity Surveyor

£55000 - £66000 per annum
