This role will require an experienced bid leader who is comfortable with taking responsibility for large and strategically important bids, whilst also being able to line manage a team of Bid Managers and support staff. Leadership qualities are therefore a must as you will be responsible for shaping strategy to delivery of exceptional PQQ and ITT quality submission

Operations Manager

We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the property services market to recruit an Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of multiple contracts, ensuring excellent performance across programme, commercial results, quality, health & safety and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbs, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts.

Senior Contract Manager

£70000 - £85000 per annum

We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the property services market to recruit a Senior Contract Manager to join their highly successful team based in Ealing. The Senior Contract Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programs including externals works, EWI, Retrofit, roofing works for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils.

We are working with a leading contractor within the Social Housing, Property Services and Maintenance sector to recruit an experienced Head of Procurement & Supply Chain. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to take ownership of procurement and supply chain strategy, delivering cost savings, improving supplier performance and introducing smarter procurement processes across the business.

Supply Chain Manager

£45000 - £60000 per annum

We are working with a leading contractor to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Manager to build and manage a reliable network of subcontractors supporting our reactive maintenance, planned works, voids, disrepair and specialist workstreams. You'll take ownership of sourcing subcontractors, onboarding them and managing ongoing compliance, ensuring the right suppliers are approved, fully documented and ready to deliver work across the business.

Senior Estimator

£80000 - £100000 per annum

We are recruiting for a leading property services contractor to find a Senior Estimator to take responsibility for pricing winning planned maintenance / decent homes and decarbonisation / retrofit tenders for housing associations, local councils and RSL's. This is more than a measurement and pricing role. The successful candidate will combine technical estimating expertise with strong commercial judgement, bid leadership and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
