£38000 - £40660 per annum + Van and fuel card

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established social housing contractor covering the Hastings area. This is a permanent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Due to the location of the works, candidates must live within approximately 10-15 miles of Hastings town centre.

Glazier

£38000 - £40000 per annum + Van and fuel card

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Glazier with basic multi-trade skills to join a well-established social housing contractor covering the Hastings area. This is a permanent opportunity for a skilled Glazier with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in glazing, alongside basic knowledge of general property maintenance and repairs.
