She&rsquo;s quick, efficient, and you never hear her coming, but that girl can fill up a placement board in record time.&ldquo;What do you like most about recruitment?&rdquo;One of the things I enjoy about recruitment is the environment of the office and the relationships you build with colleagues, it makes the days better (and nights out!). I like that my candidates put a lot of trust in me to place them in the role they have been searching for. Lucy is also our resident Nail Tech, and often spends her evenings upgrading the nails of all the Howells girls!&ldquo;What do you like most about recruitment?&rdquo;&nbsp; Nothing beats the buzz of finding the perfect candidate for a role where you know they&rsquo;ll thrive! I love speaking with candidates and clients and learning more about the sector each day. The office at Howells always has a great vibe and the team here make coming into work all the more enjoyable (despite the occasional harsh banter / bullying).
