Salary: £40,660 per year
Permanent | Full-Time

We are currently looking for an experienced multi trader to join a busy property maintenance team working across Dartford and the surrounding area.

This is a permanent opportunity working within social housing carrying out a range of responsive repairs and maintenance works to occupied properties.

The Role

As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for completing a variety of repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and within the required timescales.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out general property repairs and maintenance
• Carpentry and joinery repairs
• Basic plumbing and patch plastering
• Tiling and other general maintenance works
• Completing repairs within occupied social housing properties
• Diagnosing issues and carrying out remedial works
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Providing a professional and friendly service to residents

About You

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative within property maintenance or social housing.

You should have:

• Experience carrying out a range of property maintenance repairs
• Good practical knowledge across multiple trades
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• Good communication skills and a professional approach
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• A full UK driving licence
