Job Title: Fire Stopper / Fire Stopping Engineer
Location: Within M25
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card

The Role - Fire Stopper / Fire Stopping Engineer
We're seeking experienced fire stopping professionals to work on a variety of projects, from housing and care homes to commercial premises. You'll be carrying out a range of installation tasks, ensuring all works meet the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install fire stopping solutions to fire doors
Work on small to large penetrations
Apply ablative batts and other fire-resistant materials
Read and interpret site plans
Carry out work in flats, housing, care homes, and commercial buildings, including confined spaces
Ensure all works meet customer, company, and accreditation (FIRAS) standards
Consistently meet performance targets
Communicate progress and potential delays to the Passive Fire Protection Supervisor
Maintain your company vehicle in a clean and serviceable condition
Follow company quality procedures and Health & Safety regulations at all times
Skills & Experience:
NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection
FIRAS card preferred (not essential)
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication skills and a professional approach
