Job Title: Multi Trader (Social Housing)
Location: Essex
Salary: £36,000 per annum (Permanent Role)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable multi trader to join our team, working on social housing properties across Essex. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building work.

• Respond to service requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

• Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard and in full compliance with current regulations.

• Work closely with other trades, contractors, and team members to meet project timelines and objectives.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within social housing or a similar environment.

• Strong skills across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general maintenance.

• Good understanding of health & safety standards and regulatory compliance.

• Comfortable using PDAs and SOR codes (desirable).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Must be prepared to complete a drug and alcohol test on your first day.
