About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, issue and distribute controlled copies of documents to ensure compliance with design management procedures.
Liaise with designers and specialist suppliers to resolve queries regarding information and documentation.
Deliver training to internal participants, designers and specialist suppliers on the drawing management system.
Review, validate and troubleshoot drawing information and associated system issues.
Use document management and collaborative systems as required to meet project needs.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Proven experience in document control, ideally within a similar environment.
Knowledge of contract documentation, environmental legislation, risk management and life cycle costing.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive, "can do" attitude.
Desirable:
Experience using Dalux or similar digital document/drawing management platforms.
