About the Role


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, issue and distribute controlled copies of documents to ensure compliance with design management procedures.

  • Liaise with designers and specialist suppliers to resolve queries regarding information and documentation.

  • Deliver training to internal participants, designers and specialist suppliers on the drawing management system.

  • Review, validate and troubleshoot drawing information and associated system issues.

  • Use document management and collaborative systems as required to meet project needs.


Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • Proven experience in document control, ideally within a similar environment.

  • Knowledge of contract documentation, environmental legislation, risk management and life cycle costing.

  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • A proactive, "can do" attitude.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Dalux or similar digital document/drawing management platforms.
