Lucy is also our resident Nail Tech, and often spends her evenings upgrading the nails of all the Howells girls!&ldquo;What do you like most about recruitment?&rdquo;&nbsp; Nothing beats the buzz of finding the perfect candidate for a role where you know they&rsquo;ll thrive! I love speaking with candidates and clients and learning more about the sector each day. The office at Howells always has a great vibe and the team here make coming into work all the more enjoyable (despite the occasional harsh banter / bullying). We all work so well together and I genuinely love seeing the team around me smash it!&ldquo;Where can we find you on the weekend?&rdquo; At the weekend you will most likely find me at home plumping up my (unused / out of bounds) sofa, &nbsp;creating hoover lines in the carpet and heading to home bargains for cleaning supplies and candles! When I do choose to venture out of the house, I love a trip to the seaside, going to the amusements, meals out with my family and friends as well as the occasional game of bingo! Megan joined us as an Apprentice in 2019, completing an NVQ Level 2 in Recruitment Resourcing, whilst learning on the job. Meg has now completed her Apprenticeship, and is an Associate Consultant within our White Collar team, supporting the wider team on both customer and commercial roles. Meg also supports the team with any technical issues, whether it be laptops, phones or even cars, any problem that requires a more in-depth investigation than turn it off and on again, is a Meg problem.&nbsp;&ldquo;What do you like most about recruitment?&rdquo;I thoroughly enjoy speaking with people from different walks of life, getting an insight into different personalities and cultures. Developing relationships with my candidates, and helping them find a job that suits their skillset so they can thrive makes me love my job! &ldquo;Where can we find you on the weekend?&rdquo; Where can&rsquo;t you find me! I love travelling here, there and everywhere! When I&rsquo;m not singing along to songs on a road trip, I enjoy catching up with friends and family, doing something creative, going to car shows and camping! Grace joined us in 2022, after previously working in Accounts and realising her exceptional people skills were not being utilised. These exceptional people skills, quick wit, and her dark sense of humour quickly made Grace the class clown, a title she wears with probably too much pride.&ldquo;What do you like most about recruitment?&rdquo;No day is ever the same in recruitment, but the bad days make the good even better! I love working in a buzzy office and enjoy chatting on the phone to all kinds of people.&ldquo;Where can we find you on the weekend?&rdquo;At the weekends I look forward to a good lay in while I wait for my mum to bring me up a strong coffee (with oat milk). Sommer joined us in 2022 with a years&rsquo; previous experience in Construction recruitment, joining our Blue Collar team as a Consultant. Sommer is more affectionately known as the &ldquo;Silent Assassin&rdquo;. She&rsquo;s quick, efficient, and you never hear her coming, but that girl can fill up a placement board in record time.&ldquo;What do you like most about recruitment?&rdquo;One of the things I enjoy about recruitment is the environment of the office and the relationships you build with colleagues, it makes the days better (and nights out!). I like that my candidates put a lot of trust in me to place them in the role they have been searching for. Recruitment has given me an opportunity to progress and this pushes me to work harder.&ldquo;Where can we find you on the weekend?&rdquo;Most of my weekends you can find me spending time with my family, relaxing or going shopping and having a nice lunch out, however I do have a bit of a spontaneous side and a bottomless brunch with the girls or a trip away and a couple of cocktails can bring that out.

I began my career in Recruitment over 10 years ago while studying for a law degree, and upon graduation, decided to trade the legal gown for the world of Recruitment.Since then, I&rsquo;ve successfully hired talent across Engineering, Defence, Commercial, and C-Suite roles, and I have significant experience in early career recruitment as well.&ldquo;What do you like most about Recruitment?&rdquo; Delivering a job offer is still the best part of the job. Sharing that moment with a candidate, making the call to give them the news, never loses its excitement. More often than not, I&rsquo;m just as nervous and thrilled as they are!&ldquo;Where can we find you at the weekend?&rdquo;I live in the Somerset countryside, where I enjoy the green fields, the Jurassic Coast, and long walks with my Dachshund/Jack Russell cross. I&rsquo;m equally happy unwinding with a rhubarb cider at a Somerset inn. As a loyal Yeovil Town fan, my Saturdays are often spent at matches (though sadly, they don&rsquo;t always end in celebration!).
