I began my career in Recruitment over 10 years ago while studying for a law degree, and upon graduation, decided to trade the legal gown for the world of Recruitment.Since then, I&rsquo;ve successfully hired talent across Engineering, Defence, Commercial, and C-Suite roles, and I have significant experience in early career recruitment as well.&ldquo;What do you like most about Recruitment?&rdquo; Delivering a job offer is still the best part of the job. Sharing that moment with a candidate, making the call to give them the news, never loses its excitement. More often than not, I&rsquo;m just as nervous and thrilled as they are!&ldquo;Where can we find you at the weekend?&rdquo;I live in the Somerset countryside, where I enjoy the green fields, the Jurassic Coast, and long walks with my Dachshund/Jack Russell cross. I&rsquo;m equally happy unwinding with a rhubarb cider at a Somerset inn.
