Job Title: Plumber
Location: East London & Essex
Salary: £38,000 + Van & Fuel Card

We're looking for an experienced Plumber to join a reputable social housing contractor covering East London and Essex. This is a hands-on role working within occupied properties, where your skills will directly impact residents' comfort and safety every single day.

What you'll be doing
Carrying out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance in social housing properties
Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently in occupied homes
Working on reactive repairs and planned maintenance
Installing and repairing pipework, sanitary ware, taps, toilets, baths, and showers
Identifying leaks, blockages, and water pressure issues
Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used
Delivering excellent customer service when interacting with residents
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally within social housing or a similar environment
Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Full UK driving licence
Flexibility to travel across East London and Essex
