We're on the lookout for a skilled Multi Trader to join our growing team, working in occupied social housing across Northwest London. If you thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

You'll be making a real difference in people's homes - delivering high-quality work while enjoying the variety and independence that comes with a dynamic, field-based role.

This position covers areas including Camden, Barnet, Brent and Wembley so you'll need to be comfortable travelling across Northwest London.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out a wide range of trade tasks across multiple properties

• Delivering safe, efficient, and high-standard repairs and maintenance

• Managing your own workload while working alongside a supportive team

• Maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach in occupied homes

What were looking for:

• Solid experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar maintenance/repairs role

• A reliable, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail

• Confidence working across multiple trades

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

• A willingness to travel across Northwest £38,000 salary
