Sommer is more affectionately known as the &ldquo;Silent Assassin&rdquo;. She&rsquo;s quick, efficient, and you never hear her coming, but that girl can fill up a placement board in record time.&ldquo;What do you like most about recruitment?&rdquo;One of the things I enjoy about recruitment is the environment of the office and the relationships you build with colleagues, it makes the days better (and nights out!). I like that my candidates put a lot of trust in me to place them in the role they have been searching for.
