Lucy is also our resident Nail Tech, and often spends her evenings upgrading the nails of all the Howells girls!&ldquo;What do you like most about recruitment?&rdquo;&nbsp; Nothing beats the buzz of finding the perfect candidate for a role where you know they&rsquo;ll thrive! I love speaking with candidates and clients and learning more about the sector each day. The office at Howells always has a great vibe and the team here make coming into work all the more enjoyable (despite the occasional harsh banter / bullying). We all work so well together and I genuinely love seeing the team around me smash it!&ldquo;Where can we find you on the weekend?&rdquo; At the weekend you will most likely find me at home plumping up my (unused / out of bounds) sofa, &nbsp;creating hoover lines in the carpet and heading to home bargains for cleaning supplies and candles!
