We are working with a leading Contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager, to join their team leading on a High Rise Building refurbishment within a town centre location. The project involves a full internal and external refurbishment of the 19 story building, including both residential and commercial spaces, and associated structural works.

We are working with a leading, UK contractor to find an experienced and proactive Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing. This is a full time, temp-perm position.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Refurbs

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor, who are currently enjoying a substantial period of growth due to recent contract wins. The role is working on planned maintenance and refurbishments including retrofitting within Social Housing, on behalf of Local Authority and Housing Association clients.

Carpenter Multi - Coventry

Up to £33000 per annum + + Van & Fuel Card

We are working with a leading UK Social Housing Contractor to recruit a skilled and efficient Multi Trader to join their reactive team in the Coventry area working in occupied, and void properties. Ideally, we are looking for a tradesman who has social housing or domestic repairs/maintenance experience. Trade Qualification essential.

Multi Trader - Brighton

£33000 - £35000 per annum + + Van & Fuel Card

We are working with a leading Social housing contractor for an opertive with sufficient muti trading knowledge to join their team in the Brighton area, to work on Voids/occupied properties on repairs & maintenance.

Commercial Manager

£85000 - £100000 per annum + plus car allowance & benefits

We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a Commercial Manager to join their team in the West Midlands region covering multiple planned maintenance and refurbishment works on behalf of Housing Association clients.
