Rosie, a former professional in the banking and insurance industries in London and Hong Kong, has transitioned into a distinctive role as a recruiter. Seeing someone I introduced into a role being valued and promoted within an organisation gives me great satisfaction, also seeing those starting out and taking first steps on the career ladder, I enjoy being available to help younger people look at different career options.
“Where can we find you at the weekend?”
Well, for the last six years, I have been a volunteer area rep for a dog charity. So its much the same as during the week but placing dogs instead of people… success rates are about the same! On top of which I manage to attend as many concerts as possible and happy to go to any event where I can wear a hat!
