Dave has worked recruited within Construction and Property recruitment for over 15 years. He also had a small stint in Finance and Logistics recruitment (many moons ago)...

Dave loves the hard-to-fill roles that no one else wants, Commercial, Bids / Pre-Con, Estimating etc. Why? No one knows… He has a passion for delivering for the people he works with and a strong track record of placing senior leaders within the industry. 

"What do you like most about Recruitment?"

Recruitment is tough but rewarding. It’s all about solving problems for clients and putting the right people together. It’s amazing how many people go on to become clients and close friends. Being a part of the community that we support, seeing individuals and businesses make a real difference to people’s lives is very rewarding. If you focus on delivering a great service, the fees take care of themselves. 

"Where can we find you on the weekend?"

Generally supporting (driving) my 3 kids around and when I’m lucky a spot of Golf, Snowboarding, Cycling, Gym, BBQing (currently proud owner to 5 bbq’s) and when I’m very lucky, going out for nice meals (large plates, small portions) or travelling the world!
