Aaron joined Howells with nearly ten years’ experience in recruitment within the Construction Industry focusing primarily on permanent roles from entry level to senior management. Enjoying a challenge, he likes the “Hard to fill” and “niche” roles and has helped many clients with specific requirements.
"What do you like most about Recruitment?"
The variety and the office atmosphere. No two days are the same. You get the good and bad days but at the end of the day it’s a very rewarding job, helping someone advance in their career or grow within a business over time.
"Where can we find you on the weekend?"
The weekends are either a continuation of a full-on week with me playing football and having a few drinks or being completely relaxing; no in-between!
